We finally made it!!! This is the last article in the Sun Series up next is the Moon Series!! I don’t know about you but I am sooooooo excited to dissect some moon signs. :)
Per usual a lot of the information on this first page is going to be pretty similar to what I put on my other sun series articles. (What is a sun sign, more about the series, etc.) So if you wanna skip ahead to the Pisces part go ahead.
Every Thursday I do an article about something Astrology related. I’m starting with going through the sun signs, then the moon signs, then the rising signs, and proceeding from there through the planets and houses. I know that a lot of people don’t believe in astrology and that’s fine, these articles aren’t gonna be about convincing you. (Although I probably will try sometime in the future). I just find astrology fascinating and informative. I’ve also discovered a huge community of like-minded individuals who have the same beliefs about it as I do and this is my blog and I can do what I want here.
So let's get into some astrology shall we?
First, if you’ve never heard of a sun sign here’s the basics. Each astrology sign holds unique properties which influence our lives in different ways. Although people often refer to each of these signs as ‘their sign’, the correct term is ‘sun sign’ which means the position of the sun in the Zodiac the moment you were born.
Overall Astrology is extremely complex and the sun sign is just a very small part of who you are as a person. If you are a Gemini and don’t really relate to these traits it’s likely because you have many strongly placed other signs in your chart that dull the quality of your Gemini sun.
A sun sign is basically the sign that governs your personality and is a reflection of your soul, your ego, your inner self and determines your basic approach to life. You also have your moon sign and your rising sign which contribute significantly to your character, dreams, relationships, and temperament.
Astrology has an impact on your approach to life and how you respond to any given situation. For instance, if your sun sign is Cancer you may use emotional appeal to get things done the way you want and generally just as the crab walks sideways you take an indirect approach. If you were an Aries however, you would take a more direct and physical approach to get things done.
You also have a moon and rising sign, which - very basically, breaks down to your moon is your emotional self and your rising is how you appear to the outside world. It's also your gut reaction to things. For an Aries rising, your typically knee-jerk reaction to things would be to get angry.

NOTE: You are a Pisces Sun sign if you are born between February 20th and March 20th although the exact time varies every year so if you were born near the transition you should check to be sure what your sun sign is. ♓️ Sun Series: Pisces ♓️
Pisces is the final sign in the Zodiac. They are considered the “most evolved” sign. An old soul. Their symbol is the fish and their sign is also considered the “Jesus sign.” They are a water sign, the other water signs being Cancer, and Scorpio. If you are a Pisces moon you can definitely relate to these traits.
Pisces is ruled by mystical Neptune, the planet of mystery and illusion. So it’s a very interesting planet to be ruled by. They are the most sensitive sign and considered to be the most “watery” of the water signs. They just have so much depth.
Water signs in general are considered more connected to the other side but Pisces in particular are very connected to the spiritual world and the spiritual side of things. They have a good sense of the point of life. They feel the deeper meaning. A lot of them end up being religious.
A lot of astrologers believe that Pisces are more likely to be reincarnated souls or souls that have lived a long time. Pisces feel the emotions of people around and this really tires them out. They are also extremely sensitive themselves and can get their feelings hurt easily. They have a strong compassionate intuitiveness.
They have a hard time saying no to people and will fall for anyone's sob story. Pisces can be taken advantage of because they are too nice and they don’t usually stick up for themselves. They see the world with rose colored glasses and always see the good in people. They always try and save people and take on people as projects and it's not always a good thing.
Pisces like to help others and serve others. They can be very susceptible to drugs and alcohol. They need to learn that the world isn’t all happy and magical like it is in their minds. They like to wine and love to complain. They have such deep emotions it can be hard for them to cope.
They are too sensitive. They get offended by any little thing. They need to learn to be a little stronger and not to take things so hard. Some things aren’t meant to be taken so hard.
They can be lazy. They don’t really understand the grind till you die mentality. They are obsessed with music, they can feel the emotions in songs more than other people. They typically become musicians and their lyrics are very important to them. They have a need to escape reality and use music as a way to do that.
Pisces are the biggest daydreamers and biggest dreamers. They usually have intense dreams. They are not the type to be loud or obnoxious. They are usually very wise. They can be too trusting. They’re not into people who are superficial or vain.
They are very accepting of others and tolerant. Pisces is very open-minded. They tend to doubt themselves. They need to stop caring what other people think of you.
Every sign brings certain traits to the world, Pisces brings their connection to the other side and their dreaminess.
